But this is simply no longer believed.
New soldiers are afraid to sign a contract.
Russia lured people into the unmanned forces with annual, non-renewable contracts.
The last time they recruited en masse on time-limited contracts
was right before the announcement of mobilization,
which turned all contracts into permanent ones.
